Purpose and Objective:

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions.

Expectations and Tasks:

Map business processes to solution requirements. Support position disruptive business innovation and transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Support solution design and configuration across multiple solutions (On-Premise, Cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Support and deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Support partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Deliver customer workshops. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates and content. Deliver solution training to customer project members. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Show comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas. Deliver according to specification and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 3 years in the following:

• SAP S/4HANA Central Sourcing and Procurement;
• Implement cloud principles and agile methodology to develop on-premise and cloud applications in SAP S/4HANA;
• GUI, ABAP, OData, and OOABAP;
• Error handling tools including Application Interface Framework (AIF), situation handling, workflow development, and SAP Conversational AI (CAI);
• Performance Analysis, tracing, and code inspection;
• Integrate S/4HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass using Enterprise Service Repository (ESR) Modeling;
• Create threat modeling reports; and
• Develop applications using Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) framework, and ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC).

Travel: Up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 - $136,980. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,133 - $152,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
