Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities on assigned shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Assess residents' conditions and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding changes in status or treatment plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• RN Certification in NY
• Supervisory Experience
