🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated HRIS Analyst to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our HR team, ensuring excellent service, collaboration, and patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The HR Analyst provides data-driven insights to support strategic HR initiatives across the hospital. This role compiles, analyzes, and interprets workforce data to inform decision-making in the areas of recruitment, retention, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement. The HR Analyst also supports HR reporting requirements and partners on special projects related to process improvement and HR technology.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports on headcount, turnover, hiring trends, pay equity, and more.
• Interpret HR metrics and KPIs to support strategic planning and workforce optimization.

System & Data Integrity

• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll staff to maintain clean, accurate employee data.
• Audit data regularly for compliance and reporting accuracy.

Compensation & Benchmarking

• Assist in market analysis and salary benchmarking projects.
• Provide analytical support for salary structure reviews and job classification studies.

Project Support

• Partner on HR systems implementation and process redesign projects.
• Create visual dashboards and presentations to share insights with leadership.

Compliance & Survey Data

• Complete external reporting for surveys (e.g., Press Ganey, AHA, DOL, etc.).
• Monitor compliance data (e.g., license expirations, mandatory training, EEO data).

Serve as a positive, professional representative of our hospital and community.

📋 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Will consider an Associate's Degree in Computer Science.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR analyst, reporting, or HRIS role.
• Experience working with and mining HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday) and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work successfully with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with organizational change.
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
