Creative Manager

Brief Description

Due to growth Satterfield and Pontikes Construction is adding a Creative Manager to our corporate office in Houston (near beltway 8 and Katy Fwy). This person would have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress. Typical schedule is in office 3 days a week.

Leads the creative development and implementation of company branding, marketing collateral and other visual materials across print, digital and environmental platforms. Maintains and evolves the brand identity to align with company values, market positioning and strategic growth initiatives. Develops engaging and persuasive marketing materials and other creative assets that align with the organization’s brand voice and messaging strategy. Leads and executes multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while upholding high standards for visual presentation, craft and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and implement guidelines, standards and processes to maintain consistency across all company branded materials.
• Create and design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to logos, brochures, conference materials, infographics, website elements and other business development related materials.
• Lead the design and maintenance of all company websites.
• Lead the design and implementation of jobsite signage program.
• Lead the planning and procurement of company promotional items.
• Lead the design and maintenance of company office environmental graphics.
• Support company photography and videography needs.
• Oversee the production of printed collaterals, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers and consultants to ensure seamless execution of projects when required.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in professional graphic design focused roles.
• Experience in architecture, engineering or construction industry is a plus.
• Portfolio of professional work showcasing a variety of design work demonstrating technical skills and creativity.
• Understanding of marketing and branding principles to ensure designs align with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, and their visual requirements.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Photography and videography skills
