These are just a few of the benefits you can expect from working with Savage: Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match We provide Uniforms & PPE  $200/year steel toe boot allowance Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays  Profit Sharing   Here is what you will be doing: Daily unloading of materials from trailers and rail cars Operate rail car loading systems and equipment Perform work safely and productively Enforce safety policies and procedures with other Team Members and visitors Assist with other duties within the facility (general maintenance, landscape upkeep and painting) Requirements of a successful Equipment Operator: Forklift experience (2 years) required High School Diploma or GED equivalent Read, write, and understand English Valid Driver's License Travel to other transload terminals to assist when necessary; may be for up to a week at a time Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: Work outside in ALL weather conditions (snow, rain, sub-freezing temps) Climb up and down ladders and equipment safely Comfortable with heights Carry at least fifty (50) pounds
