Ideal candidates should have:
- Experience with workstation patching, endpoint management, and incident resolution workflows
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, and cloud-based tools/platforms (e.g., Azure, M365)
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, EasyVista, or BMC Remedy
- Ability to document support procedures, write technical guides, and maintain knowledge base content
- Background in Technical Support and or leading an IT Support Team
- 4 years of IT supervision or lead support role
