Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Development: Create and implement a cohesive brand strategy that amplifies brand’s presence and positions us as a leader in our category.
- Creative Leadership: Lead brand storytelling, content creation, and copywriting across all platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
- Retail & Growth Initiatives: Spearhead retail expansion strategies, including partnerships, licensing opportunities, and online and in-store growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team to execute innovative campaigns and drive key initiatives.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop organic and paid social media campaigns that drive community engagement and brand growth.
- Agency Collaboration: Partner with creative agencies to deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns, activations, and strategies.
- Product Marketing: Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches in collaboration with Product Development and Growth Marketing teams.
- Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Secure strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand brands reach and influence.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Partner with the email marketing team to deliver campaigns that increase customer engagement and conversions.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage integrated campaigns that align with brands values and deliver measurable results.
- PR & Communications: Lead PR efforts, attend trade shows, and represent the brand at industry events.
- 10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in brand or product marketing, ideally within D2C, apparel, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaigns, consumer behavior insights, and social media strategy.
- Exceptional copywriting and creative direction skills.
