One of our major Bridal/Special Occasion dress clients is currently seeking a Production Assistant to work on a Hybrid Schedule out of their NYC Office. Role has possibility of going perm if it is a good fit!

- Allocate & arrange shipments in AS400 from customer PO to factory, CO- PO linking activity.
- Check shpt invoices and update shpt chart for above China factories and send invoices to Accounting for payment. (Belinda & I work together on this)
- Track and follow up all outstanding shpts from logistic provider and input all info in AS400.
- Track market sample from placement to receipt.
- Send pre-alerts to KB for all out bound shpts.
- Send shipping documents for inbound products to warehouse team.
- Perform required system maintenance in AS400 on style master details.
- Need to be excel savvy, MS office competent, Netsuite familiarity a PLUS.
