- Coach and mentor the region’s management team to enhance their knowledge and expertise in-order to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate effective leadership to inspire a high performing regional team with a flexible style as appropriate.
- Set a world class service culture through the team by ensuring that the customer is always the priority.
- Accountable for monitoring own region against financial objectives and taking corrective action where necessary.
- Accountable for regional target.
- Take responsibility for resolving escalated customer service issues.
- Develop strategies to carry out all local, national or global initiatives designed to drive sales, ensuring that they are consistent with our brand.
- Deliver effective marketing, public relations and events function.
- Accountable for monitoring the day to day and long term running of own region through the team including delivering exceptional back of house standards.
- Ensure that all merchandising and display of the region’s showrooms are in accordance with specific visual merchandising guidelines and our brand.
- Ensure all promotional campaigns are launched in an accurate and timely manner.
- Experience in luxury retail sales and management with proven record of exceeding targets
