Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee seasonal market preparation, sales appointments, and follow-ups to achieve brand sales targets
- Partially manage and mentor the Showroom Assistant, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective wholesale accounts
- Identify new business opportunities to expand brand distribution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate and attend Paris markets 4 times per year, executing showroom appointments and ensuring exceptional brand presentation
- Collaborate with brand principals on seasonal feedback, market trends, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance summaries post-market
- Ensure operational excellence in showroom merchandising and sample management
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience working for a resort brand, either in-house or at a multi-line showroom
- Proven track record in luxury or contemporary wholesale sales
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members effectively
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
