We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Social Media & PR Manager to lead our public presence, shape our brand voice, and execute high-impact campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and cultural relevance.

- Own and drive all PR efforts in-house (no current agency support).
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stylists, editors, influencers, and celebrities.
- Strategically pitch and secure features, placements, and celebrity/VIP dressing opportunities.
- Coordinate with top-tier fashion magazines and press to increase editorial presence.
- Lead and execute social strategy with a strong emphasis on Instagram (and emerging platforms).
- Plan and curate cohesive and visually compelling IG grids that reflect brand identity.
- Create and publish daily content, including posts, stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Drive follower growth, engagement, and community interaction across all channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social KPIs; use insights to iterate and improve performance.
- Help define and evolve the brand’s tone, personality, and visual language across platforms.
- Ideate and produce fresh, on-brand content in collaboration with photographers, stylists, and creatives.
- Lead the end-to-end creative development and execution of lookbooks and seasonal campaigns.
- Source and book models, photographers, hair/makeup teams, and stylists for lookbook and editorial shoots.
- Oversee pre-production, creative direction, and on-set execution of all campaign shoots.
- Manage shoot budgets and timelines to deliver premium results on time and within budget.
- Own the creation and distribution of polished lookbooks for seasonal and celebrity outreach.
- 4 years experience in fashion PR, social media management, or related field, preferably in RTW.
- Deep understanding of the fashion and entertainment ecosystem (stylists, editors, influencers, etc.).
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense; experience building cohesive IG grids and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Proven ability to grow engaged social media audiences.
- Excellent writing, communication, and brand voice development skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on production experience (sourcing models, booking talent, managing shoots).
- Passionate about fashion, pop culture, and digital innovation.
