Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager / Owners Representative, located in Miami, FL. The Project Manager / Owners Representative will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that construction and design objectives are met. This includes managing design, scheduling, budgeting, and expediting, as well as coordinating inspections and logistics. The role requires close collaboration with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills and experience in overseeing construction and design projects
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely project delivery
- Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate and manage project resources effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL
- 3-5 years experience in the construction or design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
