The Role
We’re looking for Sales Managers in London to help restaurants discover, adopt, and benefit from Scaling Reviews.
This is a field-focused role: you’ll visit restaurants, build relationships with owners/managers, and run quick in-person demos showing how our tools increase visibility, improve ratings, and bring more customers.
You’ll manage your own territory, close subscriptions, and earn 40% recurring commission on every client you bring in, one of the most generous structures in the industry.
You will work directly with the founder, receive full training, and have long-term growth opportunities. Top performers may also receive equity and leadership pathways as we expand.

What You’ll Do
- Build a strong understanding of Scaling Reviews and how it drives restaurant growth
- Map, approach, and manage London sales
- Conduct walk-in sales and deliver short, effective demos
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding
- Work closely with the founder for support and closing strategy
- Hit monthly targets and grow your recurring commissions
- Share insights from the field to shape product and sales strategy
What We're Looking For
- Motivation to grow in sales; B2B, SaaS, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and resilient
- Knowledge of London’s restaurant scene (or eagerness to learn it quickly)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Nice to Have
- Experience with restaurant tech or hospitality SaaS
- Existing network in London's F&B industry
- Strong performance in previous commission-based roles
