Job Description
- Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.
- Must be able to build the product based on the blueprint with detailed accuracy.
- Use and familiarization with a tape measure, hand tools, and an ability to perform simple math and decimal to fraction conversions.
- Must be able to perform PMs and set up welding equipment as required.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
- All other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of welding experience required.
- Previous fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
