Position Overview
We are currently hiring for a manufacturing role in our light manufacturing facility. Candidates with experience in coating, laminating, compounding, adhesives, machine operation, forklift operation, commercial printing, or other manufacturing-related fields are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities (May vary depending on position):
- Operate machinery safely in a light manufacturing environment
- Assist in the coating and laminating processes for high-quality products
- Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work area
- Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the production process
- Perform basic math calculations as required for job tasks
- Keep accurate records using computer systems
- Meet attendance and punctuality requirements, including overtime when necessary
Physical Requirements (With or without accommodations):
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours a day)
- Capable of moving around the plant and performing tasks safely
- Flexibility to bend, grasp, push, pull, and lift materials as needed
- Regularly lift 20 to 50 pounds, depending on the job
- Use a computer for data entry and information retrieval
- This is a 3rd shift position. Typical hours are 9pm - 5am; Sunday - Thursday.
