School Social Worker
Location: Various Schools Across Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience, certification, and district placement)

Schoolhouse Staffing is a dedicated agency partnering with public, charter, and private schools across Arizona to support students with exceptional needs. We are actively seeking compassionate, credentialed School Social Workers to join our network of professionals for the 2025–2026 school year.
Position Overview:
As a School Social Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping students access education by addressing social, emotional, behavioral, and environmental concerns. You’ll collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to create safe, supportive, and inclusive school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services to students through individual or group counseling sessions.
- Conduct assessments and participate in special education evaluations and IEP meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources.
- Support crisis intervention and develop behavior support plans.
- Advocate for students and work to remove barriers to learning.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with district and legal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Arizona School Social Worker Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Current Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
- Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competency skills.
