Position Overview:We are seeking a dependable and efficient Dishwasher to join our team at Blackstone Steakhouse. As a Dishwasher, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Ensure that all items are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area and kitchen. Regularly clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to support a sanitary work environment.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and garbage, ensuring that trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly.
- Supply Management: Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Assistance: Support kitchen staff by promptly providing clean dishes and utensils during busy service periods. Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
