If you’ve worked with complex financial institutions, understand the stakes of compliance, and know how to turn enterprise accounts into long-term success stories, we should talk.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships with large enterprise clients—banks, credit companies, and other heavily regulated players. You’ll be the go-to advisor, a trusted partner, and a driver of real outcomes. This is not a reactive role. It’s proactive, high-impact, and central to how we grow.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Build C-level trust as easily as you manage cross-functional projects.
  • Navigate the nuance of compliance and risk without losing sight of value.
  • Know what enterprise clients need—often before they say it.
  • Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves in a startup environment.

You’ll bring:

  • 5 years managing large enterprise clients in SaaS, Fintech, or RegTech.
  • Experience working with banks or financial institutions (bonus if you’ve lived their compliance headaches).
  • Clear communication, smart strategy, and a strong grasp of technical value.
  • A New York base and the ability to travel for key client moments.


This role is hybrid, high-ownership, and built for someone who sees Customer Success as a strategic function—not a support role.
