📍 NYC (Hybrid) | 💼 Fintech Startup | 💰 $200k - $250k base bonus
As Director of Customer Success, you’ll lead our enterprise relationships—primarily banks, credit institutions, and other highly regulated players. You’ll be the one our clients trust, our team rallies behind, and our product grows alongside.
This is a player-coach role.
You’ll shape the strategy and join the frontline.
You’ve done this before if you:
✅ Led Customer Success for enterprise SaaS in compliance, fintech, or regtech
✅ Worked with banks or credit providers and understand their regulatory world
✅ Have the technical depth to get hands-on with platforms—and explain the value simply
✅ Know how to build relationships at every level, from ops to C-suite
✅ Are ready to roll up your sleeves and scale something that matters
This isn’t about ticking boxes.
It’s about bringing clarity to complexity—and delivering results.
What you bring:
- A solid track record leading Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or RegTech
- Experience working directly with banks, credit institutions, or similar regulated entities
- Deep understanding of compliance, risk, and operational pain points in financial services
- A technical mindset—you’re comfortable translating complex solutions into business value
- Proven leadership, with a hands-on approach to mentoring, building, and scaling CS teams
- Executive presence and the confidence to engage at C-level across enterprise accounts
- A startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and biased toward action
Package:
💵 $220k - $250k base bonus
