A global private equity firm is looking to add a Finance Operations Associate to its team due to company growth. This position oversees several areas within Financial Reporting and accounting while business-partnering cross-functionally.
**This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week on-site in Boston**
Highlights:
- Develop and improve quarterly and annual financial reports
- Manage designated funds, oversee tasks such as capital calls, distributions, journal entries, and address any partner inquiries
- Monitor, reconcile, and forecast cash flow
- Handle ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and various responsibilities
- Collaborate with tax professionals to understand and address tax issues
- Interact and coordinate with teams from fund accounting and management companies as required
Qualifications:
- 1 year of related experience in financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience/knowledge of GAAP
- Strong Excel skills
