Executive Recruiter Job Description:

Overview: As an Executive Recruiter at Search Solution Group, you'll play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding. You will be instrumental in achieving hiring goals through effective recruiting strategies and proactive talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee all stages of recruitment including sourcing, screening, selection, offer extension, and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs.
• High-Volume Management: Handle multiple openings concurrently while maintaining high levels of candidate engagement.
• Candidate Pipeline Creation: Utilize various methods such as database mining, web searches, direct sourcing, community engagement, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of "ready-now" candidates.
• Proactive Talent Management: Create and manage talent pipelines to support branch hiring initiatives effectively.
• Recruitment Administration: Amend and post job descriptions, source and screen applicants, conduct interviews, and extend offer letters.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience required, with 1 year of recruiting experience preferred. Industry experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
