HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | City Listed Above will be Considered
PAY: $120 - $150K (Commensurate w/Experience) Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- JD is REQUIRED; Active Bar Association in State you Live
- 1 years of Conflicts Attorney experience in a Corporate Law Firm is REQUIRED
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with InTapp Platform is PREFERRED; Aderant is a PLUS
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review conflict reports prepared in connection with the business intake process
- Provide detailed analysis and advice directly to partners
- Collaborate with members of the firm to resolve conflict issues.
- Draft conflict waivers and facilitate requests.
- Review conflict reports prepared in connection with the new hire process
- Implement and maintain ethical walls and other legal screens.
- Provide guidance to a team of non-lawyer specialists in support of the business intake process
- Answer queries from attorneys and professional staff across the firm
- Be available for urgent matters, including evenings and weekends.
