What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Services Representative position at Security Credit Services, LLC?
Main Responsibilities:
In a tech rich environment, working with data, electronic processing, and creating reports in Excel
Communicating effectively by email and phone with customers
Processing customer support requests
Effectively maneuver multiple projects and due dates simultaneously
Willing to work in a fast-paced team environment and assist other team members
Answer the customer service phone, check voicemails, and return calls in a timely manner
Pay close attention to details
Ideal candidates should have at least 1-2 years work experience in the financial services, legal, or collection related industry. College degree or some college experience is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Excel and having the ability to multi-task is a must!
