Seda North America is looking for an on-site Customer Service Representative to support the Customer Service Team.
The ideal Candidate is a self-starter, able to research and resolve issues, multi-task, and is well organized, demonstrating excellent computer skills with the ability to effectively communicate to customers and team members.

What you will do
  • Interact with customers daily to provide product order fulfillment, request for information, general inquiries, concerns related to fulfillment, etc

  • Act as a liaison between customers and sales within the plant to address production, open orders, inventory availability, order fulfillment and quality

  • Successfully analyze problems, and make recommendations

  • Analyze production, scheduling and inventory

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering calls, filing, and data/order entry as needed

  • Process over, short, damaged and quality claims for customers resolution

  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Who you are
  • Bachelor Degree preferred

  • Product knowledge or ability to learn

  • 2 years' experience handling customer accounts, B2B in a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of business principles

  • Project management skills- ability to identify tasks to be completed

  • Experience working with sales and coordinating with other departments

  • Advanced knowledge of relevant computer applications - ERP, (SAP),Excel and additional office suite programs, tracking inventory, incoming shipments and orders.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, able to multi-task

  • Methodical and organized

  • Exemplify professionalism

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - i.e. Teams/Zoom calls, phone calls, emails etc. with customers and team members

  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Able to adapt and balance stressful situations in a high paced environment

  • Dependable, energetic, willing to learn and grow

  • Must be a team player
