Seda North America is looking for an on-site Customer Service Representative to support the Customer Service Team.
The ideal Candidate is a self-starter, able to research and resolve issues, multi-task, and is well organized, demonstrating excellent computer skills with the ability to effectively communicate to customers and team members.
Interact with customers daily to provide product order fulfillment, request for information, general inquiries, concerns related to fulfillment, etc
Act as a liaison between customers and sales within the plant to address production, open orders, inventory availability, order fulfillment and quality
Successfully analyze problems, and make recommendations
Analyze production, scheduling and inventory
Perform general administrative duties, including answering calls, filing, and data/order entry as needed
Process over, short, damaged and quality claims for customers resolution
Additional responsibilities as needed
Bachelor Degree preferred
Product knowledge or ability to learn
2 years' experience handling customer accounts, B2B in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of business principles
Project management skills- ability to identify tasks to be completed
Experience working with sales and coordinating with other departments
Advanced knowledge of relevant computer applications - ERP, (SAP),Excel and additional office suite programs, tracking inventory, incoming shipments and orders.
Meticulous attention to detail, able to multi-task
Methodical and organized
Exemplify professionalism
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - i.e. Teams/Zoom calls, phone calls, emails etc. with customers and team members
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Able to adapt and balance stressful situations in a high paced environment
Dependable, energetic, willing to learn and grow
Must be a team player
