Experience with SharePoint, working with large sets of data, comfort with asking for information and following up with coworkers.
Responsibilities include:
- Filing, scanning and archiving documents into Adobe Pro or other Microsoft systems, organizing data on SharePoint , reviewing online folders for accuracy, obtaining missing information and saving into the various systems, and other miscellaneous clerical duties.
- Prior clerical work experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Adobo Pro.
- Candidates must be proficient in speaking and understanding English.
