POSITION – Blowmolding Machine Operator
JOB LOCATION – Cedarburg, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Rotating Schedule | 4:00pm to 4:00am (Overtime required)
STARTING PAY – $21 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior machine operation experience required
Join a growing dairy manufacturing team as a Blowmolding Machine Operator! In this physical and fast-paced role, you’ll operate specialized blowmolding machines to create plastic containers used in the packaging of food products. This position requires the ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and maintain focus to ensure safe and efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate blowmolding machines according to safety and production standards
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect and trim molded containers for quality
- Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Qualifications
- Prior machine operation experience is required
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including required overtime
- Must be comfortable standing for the duration of your shift
- Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
