POSITION – Extrusion Operator
JOB LOCATION – Osceola, WI
START DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Monday-Friday 10:30pm-7:30am
STARTING PAY – $21.50
BENEFITS – Health, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – No experience required, willing to train
Job Duties
- Accurately set up, operate, and troubleshoot conductor extrusion process
- Follow production schedules
- Follow processes and correct errors to eliminate scrap and down time
Qualifications
- Problem solving and basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and computer skills
- Manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma/ GED
