Duties and equipment you will be diagnosing and repairing:
• serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking), rotary and linear liquid filling machines, spindle and semi-auto belt cappers, check weighers, blow-offs, PLC's, heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders, bottle unscramblers, and gravity feeders to name a few.
• Repair all production equipment and plant equipment.
• Execute line and equipment changeovers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
• Promote teamwork by talking it out, brainstorming, using your experience and learning from each other.
Maintenance Techs repair, conduct PM's, fabricate, conduct line change overs, trouble shoot, and assembly of any part of the process on the line.
