Position – Process Technician
Job Location – Baldwin, WI
Work Hours (Shift) – 12-hour day or night rotating shifts (7:00pm - 7:30am or 7:00am - 7:30pm)
Starting Pay – $22.50/hr
Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines.
Responsibilities
- Learning the molding cycle to the points where it’s memorized.
- Troubleshooting basic equipment failures
- Performing Water Main Shutoff and Electrical Power Down/Power Up procedures
- Performing preventive maintenance on the molds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic communication and mathematical skills
- Nice to have: Training or education in fields such as hydraulics, electronics, or mechanics, six months of experience in the plastics industry, prior experience in an FDA or ISO environment
