Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing their own book as well as potential relationships the client may have
- Develop and maintain relationships with a range of clients in the dried food space
- Implement different trading strategies considering market developments
- Margins to hand
- Working with the trading manager to grow and maintain contracts with consumers around the region of focus
