A top private equity firm in Boston is looking to bring on a new Director of Business Continuity to their IT Infrastructure team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own, and improve the firm's business continuity planning program focused on modern and cloud-based systems.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery programs and controls
  • Act as the liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders to drive resilient applications
  • Oversee After Action Reviews
  • Own Emergency Notification Systems


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • AWS certification(s) preferred
