A well established Growth Equity Firm in the San Fran region is looking to add on an Associate to their deal team within the next couple of months. The firm focuses on Tech investing and takes a majority stake in the companies that they invest in. This a career track opportunity and offers a competitive cash compensation. Responsibilities:
- Source potential portfolio companies through a variety of methods including but not limited to emailing, cold calls, warm leads, referrals, etc.
- Support the coverage of active portfolio companies
- Execute diligence for potential/ongoing investments
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure all projects are carried in accordance to assigned timeline
Requirements:
- A college degree from an accredited university
- ~2 years of Investment Banking experience (Ideally within Tech)
- An ability to take rejection and keep moving on with your day in a productive manner
- An ability to perform basic financial models (3-Statment, etc.)
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
