Metal Finisher

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN METAL FINISHING WITH A MANUFACTURE.

Connect Staffing is seeking a skilled Metal Finisher for a company that manufactures high-end faucets for homes and businesses in the city of Huntington Beach, CA.

Schedule: 2:15 PM to 11:15 PM Monday through Friday. Overtime as needed.

Requirements of a Metal Finisher:

Minimum 6 months of experience in metal finishing within a manufacturer.

Must pass E-verify, Background, and Drug Screen

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in roles such as Surface Finisher, Metal Polisher, Finishing Technician, Coatings Specialist, and Precision Finisher is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Metal Finisher:

Sandblasting with the use of high-pressure air equipment 

Use polishing lathe machines on metal surfaces to correct defects, smooth, satin, and prepare surfaces

Set up and operate polishing equipment. 

You will be required to maintain buffing materials and equipment 

Metal plating and living finish applications utilize various chemical solutions to achieve a desired color or finish. 

Racking and wiring of parts, dipping parts in chemical baths and rinse tanks

Drying parts with forced air and cleaning or waxing the finished product to obtain the desired results.
