What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Select Restoration Inc.?
Select Restoration, a family owned, insurance restoration contractor, who has been in business for over 25 years. Is hiring for an administrative assistant.
Ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills. Who pride's themselves on attendance and punctuality. Must be able to manage multiple detailed projects, as well as daily secretarial tasks. Construction/Building background a plus. XactAnalysis and Xactimate experience preferred.
Candidate will be dealing with our customers as their main point of contact during their insurance claim, as well as our project manager in coordinating many aspects' from the initial job, throughout job's completion. Manage and facilitate relationships with Insurance adjusters, Mortgage companies, cities and trades.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook & Adobe.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
