Job Description
- Provide daily support to Program Managers
- Collect, compile, track, manage and respond to program data calls from the Program Manager
- Assist Program Manager with the monitoring and tracking of program objectives. Develop program metrics (cost, schedule, quality). Generate cost-benefit analysis at the system and component-level,
- Offer senior leadership sound analysis to allow data-driven decisions
- Perform quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) of program products and proactively develop ways of qualitatively and quantitatively measuring program value over the life cycle of a system or component.
- Support technical and programmatic teams with assessments, reporting, planning, and long-term budgeting
- Work independently and across a broad community of interest to produce program reports, briefs, plans, and budget analyses.
- Assist technical leads and managers with interacting with Government activities, contract stakeholders, and technical community members to review and document technical progress at program reviews.
- Support the development of annual POM briefs and issue papers in support of the program using data-driven processes and practices.
- Participates in special projects with additional duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
3 years experience with data science
Experience with DoN financial systems
Experience in applying data mining, data modeling, scripting languages and programming languages
Experience employing spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization
Experience applying complex mathematical and statistical concepts.
