Job DescriptionSellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. This position is contingent upon Contract Award
Job Responsibilities-
Compile and review Monthly Performance Reports from all employees.

Review time/attendance with all direct reports and adjudicate all anomalies.

Review and process all subcontract invoices prior to submission to the government client.

Process all employee travel authorizations and expense reports.

Assist HR with onboarding of new employees.

Process all subcontractor task order modifications for Contract approval.

Assist employees with Visit Access Request (VAR) processing.

Assist Program Manager to track contract requirements and expenditures and identify all current requirements as well as projected costs for anticipated efforts.

Attended status meetings to discuss all issues with all PMS 340 PSS contracts.

Provide ad hoc support as assigned by contract Program Manager.

By direction - assume PM role if the PM is unavailable

Active Secret Clearance

Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.

10 years of qualifying experience

Experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) in resourcing, acquisitions, or contract management related positions.

Experience at financial analyses and the budget and program process.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Master's degree in a related discipline

15 years of qualifying experience

PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM
