Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in analytical techniques, providing authoritative management advice and conducting management studies to develop actionable recommendations.
• Represent a large RDT&E organization on facilities matters, ensuring compliance with Navy facilities and space management regulations while analyzing services, costs, and resource constraints.
• Prepare written reports, deliver oral presentations, and develop detailed facilities requirements and cost analyses using automated tools.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance, TS preferred
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a subject matter expert in analytical techniques, with expertise in Navy facilities and space management regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Must have working knowledge of the Navy Working Capital Fund and Navy public works services.
• Proficiency in facilities management tools and the ability to conduct facility assessments in varying environmental conditions are essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
