Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking an HR Program Analyst to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to technical writers/editors by assisting in the creation, review, and editing of documents to ensure they meet unique program requirements.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels and refine technical content to clearly convey its importance and relevance.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting technical writing and editing, with proven skills in both written and oral communication.
• Must demonstrate the ability to ensure technical documents align with specific program needs and effectively edit content to enhance clarity and impact.
