Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking Logistics Specialists to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost estimating, inventory management, and equipment tracking, including conducting physical audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Utilize the Navy ERP Asset Management Module to screen material requirements across various logistics databases, such as FLIS, Haystack, NLL, and One Touch, while creating and managing Material Master records in Navy ERP.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Familiarity with creating Material Master records in Navy ERP is essential.
• A minimum of three (3) years of related experience in cost estimating, inventory tracking, and conducting physical inventory audits.
• At least two (2) years of transactional experience with the Navy ERP Asset Management Module and proficiency in screening material requirements using FLIS, Haystack, NLL, One Touch, and Navy ERP.
• Two (2) years of experience developing process flow charts, technical documents, and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office suite and to communicate effectively both orally and through written reports in specified formats.
