SendBird is powering chat for the most innovative companies in the world. We are looking for a bright, kind, and goal-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and co-founder John S. Kim. You will take on the task of ensuring his day-to-day operations are highly organized, frictionless, and productive. We are looking for someone who operates with impeccable professional finesse, flawless accuracy and exercises independent judgment in the planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic projects, tasks, and assignments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as Master Calendar Optimizer. Support the CEO and CFO in managing their time and schedule by communicating and prioritizing relentlessly.
- Ensure the CEO is focused on the highest priorities, including time for strategy, thinking, and connecting with team members.
- Act as first line of contact or provide assistance with key customers, partners, and investors.
- Ensure CEO is informed of and prepared for upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately.
- Initiate and respond to correspondence as authorized by the CEO.
- Support all facets of CEO’s complex and detailed global travel, including but not limited to owning logistics, itineraries, meeting agendas, and coordination. Support CFO travel as needed with logistics, itineraries and expense reporting upon return.
- Assist in, drive, or manage event planning as needed.
- Promote a positive corporate image by professionally representing the CEO in a responsive and positive manner both internally and externally.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant; experience supporting VP-level leadership preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft and G Suite; ability to pick up new tools, evaluate them, weigh the pros/cons, and optimize one’s work style.
- Experience working in high-growth environments; startup experience preferred.
- Fluency in Korean a plus.
