Position Title: Windows OS Engineer (Endpoint Technology / Digital Experience)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based, Eastern Time hours)

Position Status: Long-Term Contract
Pay Rate: $30/hr – $50/hr (W2, based on experience and LCAT level)
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows OS Engineer to support large-scale enterprise endpoint environments and improve digital user experience across Windows platforms. This role focuses on endpoint analytics, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and remediation of Windows-related issues impacting end-user productivity.
The Windows OS Engineer will play a key role in researching system performance, analyzing logs and telemetry data, identifying incident drivers, and implementing technical solutions that improve system stability, reliability, and user satisfaction. Analyze endpoint analytics, system telemetry, and Windows event/log data to identify performance and reliability issues
Investigate root causes of Windows OS, application, and configuration-related problems
Design and implement remediations to improve Windows performance and user experience
Troubleshoot operating system, software installation, configuration, and patching issues
Diagnose network connectivity and performance problems (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues
Develop documentation, remediation reports, and investigation summaries
Support large enterprise endpoint environments at scale
