Job Overview
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide in-home support to clients with daily living needs. This role focuses on promoting comfort, independence, and overall well-being through personalized, respectful care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Prepare healthy meals and encourage proper hydration
- Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior
- Provide companionship and perform light housekeeping
- Follow care plans and assist with medications as directed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or related settings preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of caregiving and vital signs monitoring
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain client confidentiality
