Sentara is seeking a passionate analytics professional to join our team as Enterprise Analytics Consultant !

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree strongly preferred.
- 5 years Business Acumen experience required.
- 2 yrs Project Management experience strongly preferred.
- 5 yrs Analytics experience strongly preferred.
- 5 yrs Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- 5 yrs Statistics experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in large-scale subjective customer feedback mechanisms and familiarity with third party capabilities like Qualtrics or Medallia, and/or experience with customer touchpoint data & analysis, including contact center, chat, web and mobile engagement channels, is strongly preferred.
The primary role of this Enterprise Analytics Consultant will be to help support Sentara’s customer experience strategy by coordinating and developing analytic solutions that drive insights to Executive & Operational decision-makers. This includes:
- Engaging with Consumer-oriented workstreams to identify critical analytic solutions, identifying the data needed for those solutions, and leading efforts to design and build solutions
- Partnering with Sentara’s Data Management team to help provide development priorities for the Consumer Data Hub
- Acting as the primary consultant to Customer Experience leaders in identifying and developing analytic solutions
- Driving projects related to collection, management, and analysis of consumer data
This individual will:
- Become a subject matter expert on Consumer data sources, metrics, and methodologies
- Work with other Enterprise Analytics and IT resources to build the key data assets needed to efficiently support the Customer Experience strategy
- Help manage vendors and third parties involved with customer experience data collection
This role will also have secondary responsibilities in supporting a broader array of related Enterprise Analytics initiatives and analytic delivery efforts. These responsibilities will vary, but will be largely complementary to the core customer experience responsibilities.
Excellent consultative skills are critical to this position and will be weighted heavily in candidate selection. Candidates must also have excellent problem-solving skills and possess enough technical knowledge to make an immediate impact. Aptitude to develop deep skills in data visualization and data manipulation will also be key factors in candidate selection.

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $102,167 to $136,500 annually.
