The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate's qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $18.51 hourly (entry-level qualifications) to $24.68 hourly (experienced in this role).

The Customer Experience Database Analyst is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate customer master database information. Provides a professional customer experience and technical support to internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Database Management: Performs SAP Customer Master Changes in the customer database. Creates master load sheets & imports in SAP. Performs mass updates to the database and makes configuration changes and performs customer account updates as required.
- Territory Management: Develops & maintains sales territory master database updates the customer master database with territory changes; adds new accounts as requested. Updates business partner relationships in the customer master and the territory master databases.
- Audits and Metrics: Conducts pricing audits for special fee and list prices identifying errors before pricing is entered as well as correcting previous errors. Produces Customer Experience metrics reports as required.
- High school diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of experience with SAP database management or another ERP system
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field
- One (1) year of Customer Experience all center experience
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/ completeness and early/ on- time delivery.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/ workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi- task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/ pitfalls.
