TMS Tech (Patient Care Coach)

We are seeking a Patient Care Coach (TMS Technician) for our Lake Mary, FL office. Your primary responsibility will be helping patients heal using TMS treatment.
Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients built around gratitude
- One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
- Work autonomously to determine goals and best coaching strategies with your patients
- Own outcomes of patient treatment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Three years’ work experience in customer service required
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
