Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer calls and emails, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
