Customer Service Representative
Take a leading roll in our customer service department. Will work closely with other departments regarding production, quoting, and shipping/warehousing of products. Must have experience in showing compassion and understanding towards client's needs. Must have strong written, verbal communication skills, math and people skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the use of a CRM system is a must.
Specific Duties include:
- Being a Self-Starter - Forward Thinker
- Ability to Multi-task
- Working on gathering info for RFQ's
- Presenting Pricing Options to customers
- Work with CSRs to learn technical Data
- Having a positive attitude in a TEAM environment
- Lead by example and be willing to ask for assistance
- Run and track inventory reports and work with production on re-stock programs.
Position reports to the Vice President of Sales of a 53-year-old, family-owned company. Telemark Diversified Graphics is a Printer and Converter of Thermal Paper for use in ATM, POS, KIOSK, Mobile and Ticket printers. Telemark supplies products around the country and around the world.
Position includes Health Insurance, 401K with Company Match, PTO, Paid Holidays. Compensation based on experience.
