Service Minds is seeking a Marketing Manager who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work to support a growing marketing organization. Service Minds, an Altamont Capital Partners portfolio company, is the leading operator of Mister Sparky Electric, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. As the largest franchise operator within the Authority Brands system, Service Minds is uniquely positioned to capture market share throughout the Southeast. With operations across Florida and Alabama and openings planned in new markets across the Southeast in the coming years, we are actively seeking growth-minded rock-stars to join our team and drive the business forward.
The salary for this position is $110-130K with the potential for an annual bonus and the role is hybrid with remote work and the ability to be in office in Tampa or Bradenton as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing and executing media, website, and performance marketing strategies that build the brand and drive overall traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Be an active member in the company’s leadership team, working directly with the companies’ executives.
- Partner with current marketing partners to continue strong brand recognition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand and execute key deliverables.
- Analyze ROI and the effectiveness of marketing strategy/campaigns to optimize future programs based on the data for improved performance.
- Drive regular communications to track status and measurement.
- Develop, execute, and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Support planning and reviewing marketing budget and resource planning
Qualifications:
• Required Experience: • 5 years of marketing experience in relevant areas
- Strong data driven analytical skills with proven results of demand generation.
- Performance Marketing: Managing strategies, tactics and budgets for Pay-Per-Click and Pay-Per-Lead campaigns.
- Expertise in data-driven decisions, ability to manipulate data to create actionable insights.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in residential home services preferred, but not required.
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Windows, Landscaping, Pest Control etc.
- Experience working in a Private Equity-backed business, interfacing directly with investors/board members.
- Working in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial organization – building the plane while flying it
- Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM, and communication platforms (preferably to have helped build CRM from scratch).
