ServiceMaster Building Services is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our Team as a Bilingual Human Resources Office Manager. Location: Clackamas OR.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Office Manager at ServiceMaster Building Services. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing benefits administration, developing HR policies, and implementing training and development programs.


Salary: $60K per year

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Bilingual: English and Spanish - Required

Travel: 20%

Job Duties include:

  1. Performs various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of the employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures, in conjunction with senior management.
  2. Is responsible for training OSHA rules, and standards and conducts annual Hazzard communication and Blood Borne Pathogens to all employees, maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  3. Liaison between Union Employees and Management
  4. Handles personnel leaves: FMLA, Paid Leave Oregon, Worker's comp, among others. 
  5. Conducts recruitment efforts; new employee Orientations, and onboarding.
  6. Conducts internal investigations.
  7. Conducts company annual and quarterly team meetings to track growth, and profitability and track overall company progress for each department.
  8. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
  9. Responsible for management of the building, which includes but not limited to managing repairs, tenant issues, etc.
  10. Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities.
  11. Responsible for arranging internal office moves.
  12. Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff by company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Training & Development expertise
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bilingual in Spanish
