Job Description: Full-Time Maintenance/Groundskeeper

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled individual to fill the position of a full-time Maintenance/Grounds Keeper. The ideal candidate will possess a range of maintenance abilities, including general maintenance, painting, minor repairs, grounds upkeep, and operating farm equipment.

Responsibilities: - Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, equipment, and structures. - Conduct painting and touch-up work to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property. - Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and landscaping. - Operate and maintain farm equipment as needed. - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements: - Clean background and driving record. - Proven experience in general maintenance, painting, and minor repairs. - Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule and Compensation: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. The hourly pay rate ranges from $16 to $20, depending on experience and qualifications.
